He doesn't look it, but he is super excited! :-)
We surprised Grandpa Frink with a sunset glider flight for his birthday.
I was able to take some pictures of his take off and we got back just in time to watch them come in for a landing. This plane has an engine that the pilot turns off once he gets up in the sky in the wind. Then they just glide around in the silence and beauty.
I wish I wasn't scared to death to do this because I can just imagine the beauty that you could see and try to photograph.
Here they come. We had to go outside the fence before they took off.

While Grandpa Frink was taking his 1.5 hr flight, we took Grandma Myrna to dinner at Red Robin for her birthday and gave her her gift. The waiters even sang to her. :-) I failed to get any pictures.
Thankfully we made it back in time just as they were coming into view.
Back down to the ground!
