Spanaway Fantasy Lights

Saturday Evening, 12-13-08
The kids have been loving to go through the neighborhoods to look at lights, so we decided to take them to Fantasy Lights (zoolights was going to be too cold). Grandpa Frink and Grandma Myrna came with us too.

Elissa is giving us a pre-light show in the outfit that Charis passed down to her.
She is very serious when performing. :0)
We are driving through the lights now. It doesn't look like the kids are having fun, but they really did enjoy it.
It is hard to capture the lights w/o it coming out blurry, but here are a few that were fairly good.It really is a nice light show for not too much money. There are a lot that have animation and the kids thought those were very cool. Elissa asked if it was magic. LOL It was worth the drive south. On our way home Elissa insisted that we go see the "crazy house". This is a house in the neighborhood across the street that has a zillion lights and they are timed to music. We have to go drive by it every weekend and stop and listen and watch. It is such a fun season.

I heard Fantasy Lights is better than ZooLights anyhow. I've never been, but I have been to zoolights and wasn't too impressed. Looks like you guys had fun. Have you seen the "blue" house in Lakeland? It's pretty crazy.

That is good to know. I felt a little bad for not taking them to zoolights. We haven't seen the house in Lakeland, we'll have to go driving through. The kids will love it!
